Calling all hosting co's

OKay, so I decided.  I need to find someone who offers CoLo or dedicated hosting for something less than a fortune a month.  So far, I've been using a Virtual server from GoDaddy . . . which has worked great, but has slowly but surely developed performance problems.

Low cost hosting == tons of people who use 'em.  Great.

So, on the recommendation of a buddy, I got a Virtual from IPower up in Santa Monica.  Performance is good, tons of bandwidth . . . .  'cept there seems to be this random problem where the instance dies off.  After about a week w/ the support group, I finally find out that there's some weird problem with the host . . . . no clues when it will be fixed.  So, not like I know anything about this type of stuff, but their support seems to blow.

Cox (still . . . a horrible name for a customer service company) will allow for hosting with a commercial account, but still won't offer anything more than 768k upstream . . . burstable, non RSVPd, non QOSd.

Which leads me to finding a colo.  Whos got spare rack space?
